I am a conference interpreter based in Guangzhou with over 15 years of experience in high-level international conferences. I studied and worked in the UK for more than five years.
I graduated from Newcastle University in 2011 and worked as a senior interpreter at KL Communications Ltd in London, founded by Dr Kevin Lin OBE, from 2011 to 2014. During those three years, I completed close to 500 days of interpreting, covering high-level government meetings and visits, executive training for financial institutions, major corporate events and international sporting events. Clients regularly praised my work and requested me for further assignments.
My specialist fields include government, finance, business, environmental issues, energy, automotive, education and intellectual property.
Since returning to China in 2015, I have worked as a freelance interpreter for national-level conferences and international forums, interpreting for politicians, business executives and diplomatic envoys. My clients include international organisations, government ministries, provincial governments, foreign consulates general in Guangzhou, leading law firms, central state-owned enterprises and Fortune 500 companies.
